摘 要:海上老油田B为稠油油藏,随着油田的不断滚动开发,以及油井近几年大泵提液措施的全面开展,导致堵塞机理由先期的有机堵塞为主因逐渐转变为有机、无机复合堵塞,堵塞物组分复杂且结构稳定,常用解堵剂无法渗透,严重制约了稠油井复杂堵塞物的有效清除。针对油井不同阶段的堵塞机理,研发出多级叠加增效解堵技术,利用多种解堵体系协同增效,并通过逐级释放解堵成分,达到深部解堵目的。该技术具有成本低、针对性强、解堵效果好和返排对流程波动小等特点,具有较好的推广价值。The old offshore oilfield B is a heavy oil reservoir.With the continuous rolling development of the oilfield,and the comprehensive development of the large pump liquid extraction measures in recent years,the plugging mechanism of the oil well has gradually changed form the previous organic plugging to the organic and inorganic composite plugging.The composition of the plugging material was complex and structure was stable.The common plugging removal agent used cannot penetrate,which seriously restricts the effective removal of the complex plugging material in the heavy oil wells.Aiming at the plugging mechanism of different stages of oil wells,a multi-stage superpositon efficiency plugging removal technology was developed,which used a variety of plugging removal systems to synergize and released plugging removal components step by step to achieve the purpose of deep plugging removal.The technology had the characteristics of low cost,strong pertinence,good plugging removal effect and small fluctuation of flowback to the process,and had good promotion value.
