摘 要:高渗透油藏水驱开采后期层间非均质性增强,优势通道明显,水窜严重,产量下降较快。在油田稳产上产需求下,调剖调驱措施变得愈发重要,聚合物交联体系组合调驱技术获得广泛关注。针对低温高渗油藏条件,优选H型干粉聚合物、重铬体系交联剂、固体酚醛交联剂和液体酚醛交联剂等体系进行配伍性及成胶性能研究。结果表明,当H型干粉聚合物浓度范围为2500~3000mg/L、固体酚醛交联剂浓度范围为1000~2000mg/L时,交联体系成胶时间短、成胶强度可控,适用于低温高渗油藏的调驱交联体系。该体系在Q油田B10井组调驱应用效果较好,井组含水降低2.6%,增油5407m^(3)。In the late stage of water-driven exploitation in high permeability reservoirs,the non-homogeneity between layers was enhanced,the dominant channel was obvious,the water runoff was serious,and the production decreased rapidly.Under the demand of oilfield production stabilization and upward production,profile control and flood control measures were becoming more and more important,and the combination of polymer crosslinking system driving technology has gained wide attention.In this paper,the polymer cross-linking system for low-temperature and high-permeability reservoir conditions for the experimental study of gel formation,preferred H-type dry powder polymer,heavy chromium system cross-linking agent,solid phenol cross-linking agent and liquid phenol cross-linking agent and other systems for the compatibility and performance of the gel formation were studied,the results showed that the H-type dry powder polymer concentration range of 2500~3000mg/L,solid phenol cross-linking agent concentration range of 1000~2000mg/L,when the cross-linking system was formed,the system can form a gel.This crosslinking system had a short gelation time and controllable gelation strength,and it was suitable for the drive-conditioning crosslinking system in low-temperature and highpermeability reservoir.The system was applied in Q oilfield Blo well group with good results,the water content of the well group was reduced by 2.6%,and the oil was increased by 5407 square meters.
