摘 要:在480℃水热处理温度下,对HZSM-5催化剂进行不同时间的水热处理,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、低温N2吸附-脱附、吡啶红外光谱(Py-IR)和程序升温脱附(TPD)等方法对所制备催化剂进行了表征。水热处理改善了HZSM-5催化剂的孔结构,使催化剂形成了多级孔结构,并调变了催化剂的酸性。以正庚烷为原料考察了水热处理前后HZSM-5催化剂的临氢芳构化性能。结果表明,正庚烷的转化率随着催化剂水热处理时间的延长而降低,水热处理时间为4h,反应产物中的芳烃总含量、苯、甲苯和二甲苯(BTX)含量及选择性有最大值。At a hydrothermal treatment temperature of 480C,the HZSM-5 catalyst was subjected to different durations of hydrothermal treatment.These catalysts were characterized by XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption methods,Py-IR and TPD.The hydrothermal treatment improved the pore structure of the HT/HZSM-5 catalyst,resulting in the formation of a multi-level pore structure and altered the acidity of the catalyst.HT/HZSM-5 in hydroaromatization were investigated with n-heptane as probe reactant.The results showed that the conversion rate of n-heptane decreased with the prolongation of the catalyst's hydrothermal treatment time.When the hydrothermal treatment time was 4 hours,and the total aromatics content,BTX content,and selectivity in the reaction products reached their maximum values.
