摘 要:为研究智能马桶多孔内吸式独立排气管道内的流速问题,本文通过SolidWorks建立排气管道模型,以排气管道的入口内径、排气孔个数和不同工作功率的负压泵为影响因素,利用基于响应面方法对排气孔平均速度和排气管整体平均速度建立回归方程.通过ANSYS Mechanical和Fluent软件分析不同因素水平下管内流体的变化,利用方差分析选出排气系统的最优组合,并分析排气管在载荷下的等效应力和形变量.结果表明,在入口内径Φ=6 mm,负压泵功率P=50 W,排气孔个数n=6个的情况下,排气管整体平均速度为36.48 mm/s,排气孔平均速度264.21 mm/s,形变量符合规范要求,优化结果对排气管道的模拟计算及生产设计具有一定参考价值.In order to study the flow velocity in the independent exhaust pipe of intelligent toilets with porous internal suction,this experiment establishes a exhaust pipe model through SolidWorks,takes the inlet diameter of the exhaust pipe,the number of exhaust holes and the negative pressure pumps with different working powers as the influencing factors,and establishes the regression equations with the average velocity of the inlet port and the average velocity of the exhaust pipe as a whole based on the method of response surface experiments.The changes of pipe fluid under different factors were analyzed by ANSYS Mechanical and Fluent software,the optimal combination of exhaust system was selected by variance analysis,and the equivalent stress and shape variable of exhaust pipe under load were analyzed.The results show that under the condition of inlet diameterφ=6 mm,negative pressure pump power P=50W,and the number of inlet ports n=6,the average speed of the exhaust pipe as a whole was 36.48 mm/s,and the average speed of the inlet ports was 264.21 mm/s,and the shape variables are in accordance with the specification requirements.The optimization results have certain reference value for the simulation calculation and production design of exhaust pipes.
