摘  要:以丙烯酸酯乳液为基料,以复合SiO_(2)气凝胶、金红石型TiO_(2)、中空陶瓷微珠为功能性填料,成功制备一种新型反射隔热涂料。探讨SiO_(2)气凝胶用量、分散剂的种类及用量、溶液的pH值、分散速度与时间等因素对SiO_(2)气凝胶浆料分散稳定性的影响,同时考察了SiO_(2)气凝胶用量对涂料隔热效果的影响。实验结果表明,在SiO_(2)气凝胶用量为1.0%,分散剂用量为0.75%,润湿剂用量为0.2%,溶剂pH控制在6.5,以800 r/min的转速分散50 min的条件下,可以制备出分散均匀的SiO_(2)气凝胶浆料。进一步测试表明,含有1.0%SiO_(2)气凝胶制备的反射隔热涂层展现出优异的隔热性能,其热扩散系数低至0.16 mm^(2)/s,隔热温差高达5.8℃。In this paper,a new reflective thermal insulation coating was made of acrylic emulsion as the base material,SiO_(2) aerogel,rutile TiO_(2) and hollow ceramic microsphere as functional fillers.The effects of SiO_(2) aerogel dosage,dispersant type and dosage,pH of solution,dispersion speed and time on the dispersion stability of SiO_(2) aerogel and the influence of SiO_(2) aerogel dosage on the heat insulation effect of coating were studied.The results show that a uniform SiO_(2) aerogel slurry could be made under the following conditions:SiO_(2) aerogel 1.0%,dispersant 0.75%,wetting agent 0.2%,pH 6.5,agitation rate 800r/min,and dispersing time 50 min.The reflective thermal insulation coating containing 1.0%of SiO_(2) aerogel had a thermal diffusivity as low as 0.16 mm^(2)/s and a temperature difference of 5.8℃in thermal insulation test,showing a good thermal insulation effect.
