冻融循环下玄武岩纤维混凝土梁的受弯承载力研究

摘  要:为研究玄武岩纤维混凝土梁在冻融环境下的受弯承载力,对不同冻融次数(0、50、100)下的普通混凝土梁和玄武岩纤维混凝土梁进行静力受弯试验,研究了试件梁的极限荷载和开裂荷载、梁截面应变、梁荷载钢筋应变、梁荷载挠度曲线等。结果表明:掺入玄武岩纤维的试件梁,对其开裂荷载和极限荷载分别提升了13%和5%;随着冻融次数的增加所有试件梁的极限荷载和开裂荷载都随之减小,但掺入玄武岩纤维的试件梁退化速率要小于普通混凝土梁,冻融100次后的玄武岩纤维混凝土梁较没冻融之前的梁的极限荷载和开裂荷载分别降低了11%和8%,而普通混凝土梁下降了13%和10%。经历100次冻融后的普通混凝土梁由设计的适筋破坏变为了超筋破坏,而玄武岩纤维混凝土梁仍为适筋破坏,说明玄武岩纤维的掺入不仅提高了试件梁的界限配筋率,还降低了冻融带来的损伤。In order to study the influence of freezing-thawing cycles on the flexural properties of basalt fiber concrete,static flexural tests were carried out on ordinary concrete beams and basalt fiber concrete beams with different freezing-thawing times(0,50,100).The failure mode,ultimate load and cracking load,concrete section strain and reinforcement strain,mid-span deflection of the specimen beam are studied.Results:The cracking load and ultimate load of the specimen beam mixed with basalt fiber increased by 13%and 5%respectively.The cracking load and ultimate load of all specimen beams decrease with the increase of freezing-thawing times,but the decreasing rate of the specimen beams mixed with basalt fiber is smaller than that of ordinary concrete beams.The cracking load and ultimate load of basalt fiber concrete beam after 100 times of freezing-thawing decreased by 11%and 8%,respectively,while that of ordinary concrete beam decreased by 13%and 10%.After 100 times of freezing-thawing,the ordinary concrete beam has over-reinforcement failure,but the basalt fiber concrete beam is still suitable for reinforcement failure.It shows that the addition of basalt fiber reduces the damage caused by freeze-thaw cycle.
