摘 要:画中画是绘画对其自身知识的表述,展示绘画在不同原境中的存在物性与文化语境。近现代中国,墙代替了屏风,成为画中画主要的物质载体。艺术家通过画中画与展墙的互文,强调现代绘画的展示方式;画中壁画体现了绘画在社会动员与政治运动中的功能与策略;作为画中画的窗户,联通了现代绘画在写实与想象、现实与浪漫多重张力中的艺术史语境;再现贴在室内墙壁上的画,建立了现代日常生活与宏大时代主题的链接。这些关于现代绘画的画像,显现了绘画现代性的诸多方面。Painting-in-painting is the expression of painting's own knowledge,showing the existence of materiality and cultural contexts of paintings in different original environments.In modern China,the wall has replaced the screen as the main material carrier of the painting-in-painting.The artist emphasizes the modern way of displaying paintings through the intertext between the painting-in-painting and the exhibition wall.The painting-in-painting mural embodies the function and strategy of painting in social mobilization and political movement.As the window of the painting-in-painting,it connects the art historical context of modern painting in the multiple tensions of realism and imagination,reality and romance.The reproduction of the paintings pasted on the interior walls establishes a link between modern daily life and the grand themes of the times.These portraits of modern painting reveal many aspects of painting's modernity.
