摘 要:大规模分布式电源的接入加剧了配电网电压波动,而交直流混合配电网中光伏逆变器、电压源型换流器(voltage source converter,VSC)等装置可以进行无功电压控制,储能系统(energy storage system,ESS)可以起到削峰填谷的作用,进而缓解电压波动和越限风险。为此,提出一种考虑储能的交直流混合配电网无功电压分布式优化调控方法。首先,分析光伏逆变器、VSC的无功电压特性以及ESS的充放电特性;其次,构建以节点电压偏差和网损最小为目标函数的交直流混合配电网无功电压优化调控模型,并采用二阶锥松弛等技术将其转化为凸优化模型;然后,考虑集中式优化方法信息私密性差等问题,基于交替方向乘子法(alternating direction method of multipliers,ADMM)构建无功电压分布式控制框架,基于自适应惩罚参数方法,进一步提出一种加速ADMM方法对模型进行求解;最后,在修改的IEEE 33节点算例系统和IEEE 85节点算例系统中进行算例分析,验证了所提无功电压分布式优化调控方法的有效性。The integration of large-scale distributed power sources increases the voltage fluctuation in the AC/DC hybrid distribution network.While devices such as photovoltaic inverters and voltage source converters(VSC)can be utilized for reactive power and voltage control,energy storage systems(ESS)can play a role in peak shaving and valley filling,alleviating the risk of voltage fluctuation and violation.Therefore,this paper proposes a distributed optimal control method for reactive power and voltage in the AC/DC hybrid distribution network,considering ESS.Firstly,it analyzes the reactive power and voltage characteristics of photovoltaic inverters and VSCs,and the charging and discharging characteristics of ESS.An optimal reactive power and voltage optimization model for the AC/DC hybrid distribution network with the objective function of minimizing node voltage deviation,photovoltaic energy reduction,and network losses is presented.Then,the second-order cone relaxation technique is used to transform the model into a convex optimization model.Considering the problem of poor information privacy in centralized optimization methods,a distributed reactive power and voltage control framework based on the alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM)is constructed.Based on the varying penalty parameter method,an accelerated ADMM method is further proposed to solve the model.Finally,case studies are conducted on the modified IEEE 33-node and IEEE 85-node systems to verify the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed distributed optimal control method for reactive power and voltage.
