摘 要:采用大型结构分析软件ANSYS建立了海上石油自升式钻井平台自存状态时的有限元模型,计算了极端台风工况下工作水深超百米的自升式钻井平台的位移响应。首先对自升式平台有限元模型进行了静力分析,考虑了不同的作业水深和气隙高度对钻井平台位移幅值的影响。之后采用时域分析方法对平台有限元模型进行了动力分析:通过模态分析计算了自升式平台模型的前6阶模态振型,得到质量阻尼和刚度阻尼系数,由于一阶自振角频率远离波浪周期,发生结构共振的可能性较小;选取静力分析中位移较大的工况,通过瞬态动力分析计算了平台的位移响应曲线,与静力分析结果对比得到了动力放大系数。静力分析结果表明,随着自升式钻井平台的作业水深和气隙高度的增加,平台的位移幅值也在增加,在文中计算范围内基本呈现线性增加的趋势。自升式平台的动力分析结果略大于静力分析结果,虽然发生结构共振的可能性较小,但为确保自升式平台的安全运营,仍需对平台进行动力分析。A finite element model of a jack-up drilling platform in a self-elevating condition was established using the large structural analysis software ANSYS.The displacement response of the platform under extreme typhoon conditions in water depths exceeding 100 meters was calculated.A static analysis of the jack-up platform's finite element model was first conducted,considering the effects of varying operational water depths and air gap heights on the platform's displacement amplitude.Subsequently,dynamic analysis of the platform's finite element model was performed using a time-domain analysis method.Modal analysis was conducted to determine the first six modal shapes of the platform,and mass and stiffness damping coefficients were obtained.Since the first-order natural angular frequency is far away from the wave period,the likelihood of structural resonance is small.A case with significant displacement in the static analysis was selected for transient dynamic analysis to compute the displacement response curve,and the dynamic amplification factor was derived by comparing it with the static analysis results.The static analysis results indicate that as the operational water depth and air gap height increase,the platform's displacement amplitude also increases,displaying a nearly linear growth trend within the calculated range.The dynamic analysis results of the jack-up platform slightly exceed those of the static analysis.Although the possibility of structural resonance is low,dynamic analysis of the platform is still necessary to ensure its safe operation.
