摘 要:X形方钢管相贯节点在土木工程、海洋工程中有广泛的运用,但当前规范公式(基于简单屈服线模型)仅考虑主管表面贡献而低估了节点抗弯承载力。对X形方钢管相贯节点进行平面内受弯加载试验,根据节点变形特征提出用于节点平面内抗弯承载力计算的全屈服线模型,该模型考虑节点域主管所有管壁(表面和侧壁)的承载贡献、且能反映支主管斜交的影响。研究结果表明:X形节点试件的破坏模式为节点域主管管壁塑性软化后的撕裂破坏;根据试验和有限元参数化分析计算结果,基于全屈服线推导建立的理论计算式比规范公式能更好地预测节点实际抗弯承载力,理论计算式仅略微高估节点抗弯承载力(高10%)。Square hollow section(SHS)X-joints are widely used in ocean and civil engineering.However,current code formula,which are based on a simple yield line model,underestimate the flexural capacity of SHS X-joints by only considering the contribution of the chord surface.This study conducted in-plane flexural behavior test of SHS X-joints,and based on the deformation characteristics of the X-joint,proposed a generalized yield line model for calculating the in-plane flexural capacity.The model accounts for the contributions of all chord wall(both chord surface and chord sidewall)in the joint-zone to the capacity of the joints,as well as the influence of the skewed brace-to-chord connection on the capacity.Results indicate that the failure mode of the X-joint specimens is characterized by tearing damage after plastic softening of the chord wall in the paner zone.The theoretical formula derived from the generalized yield line model,supported by experimental and finite element parametric analysis results,predicts the flexural capacity more accurately than the current code foumula,with only a slight overestimation of about 10%.
