摘 要:针对深海特定层位海水样品的采集需求,研制了全海深压力触发式保压采水系统。系统设计工作压力为120MPa,包括采样模块、压力补偿模块、定压触发主控模块、供电单元等。系统还具备保压转移接口,以便后续在高压环境下对保压微生物样品开展研究。首先对所研制的电动采样机构的密封特性进行了建模与分析,在此基础上进行了采样驱动器的选型,使得其最大可产生超过160 MPa的密封接触压力。根据样品回收过程中的压力变化特性,对活塞式补偿器进行了设计,以提高样品的保压率。在120MPa高压环境下对保压采样系统进行了测试,样品保压率均在85%以上,能够实现定深采水功能。To address the need for collecting seawater samples from specific deep-sea layers,a full-ocean-depth pressure-triggered pressure-retaining seawater sampling collection system was developed.The system is designed to operate at a working pressure of 120 MPa and comprises a sampling module,a pressure compensation module,a pressure-triggered main control module,and a power supply unit.Additionally,it features a pressure-maintaining transfer interface to facilitate the subsequent study of pressure-retaining microbial samples in high-pressure environments.First,the sealing characteristics of the developed electric sampling mechanism were modeled and analyzed,followed by the selection of a sampling actuator capable of generating a maximum sealing contact pressure exceeding 160 MPa.Based on the pressure variations characteristics during the sample recovery process,a piston-based compensator was designed to enhance the pressure-holding rate of the samples.The pressure-retaining sampling system was tested under highpressure conditions of 120 MPa,and the sample pressure-holding rate exceeded 85%,successfully achieving the fixed-depth seawater sampling function.
