摘　　要：人体工程学综合应用生理学、心理学等多个学科的原理与方法,能实现机器、环境对人的最佳适应。文章采用网络调查、电话与邮件调研、内容分析等方法开展用户访谈,考察公共图书馆人体工程学设施供给现状以及用户对其的满意度和需求,为图书馆界推广人体工程学应用,改善空间环境,提升读者的舒适度、健康性和阅读效果提供借鉴。Ergonomics integrates the principles and methods of physiology,psychology,and other disciplines to achieve optimal adaptation of machines and environments to humans.Using the methods of online survey,telephone and email inquiries,and content analysis,this article explores the ergonomic facilities in public libraries and users'satisfaction and demand for them through user interviews,to serve as a reference for libraries to promote the application of ergonomics,improve the spatial environment,and enhance readers'comfort,health,and reading effectiveness.
