摘　　要：文章旨在探索公众在面对突发公共危机政府信息公开时的信息行为类型及适应该情境的行为特征,助力政府认识和引导公众信息行为。采用半结构化深度访谈法收集数据,进行质性编码分析,揭示公众信息行为及其适应性特征,在此基础上通过问卷调查法和logistic回归,检验信息公开对信息行为的影响。研究发现:公众主要表现出信息搜寻行为、被动信息获取行为、信息分享行为和信息验证行为等四类信息行为,四类信息行为均呈现出适应突发公共危机信息公开情境的特征;信息公开质量对信息行为及其适应性特征均具有显著正向影响,且适应性特征在信息公开质量对信息行为的影响中发挥了重要的中介作用。This paper aims to explore the types of information behavior of the public facing government information disclosure during emergencies and the behavioral characteristics adapted to the situation,so as to help the government understand and guide the public’s information behavior.Using the semi-structured in-depth interview method to collect data,this study conducts qualitative data analysis and examines the public’s information behavior and its adaptive characteristics.On this basis,it further analyzes the influence of information disclosure on information behavior through questionnaire survey and logistic regression.The results show:there are four types of information behaviors,namely information seeking,passive information acquisition,information sharing,and information verification,all of which are characterized by being adaptive to the information disclosure situation of public emergencies;the quality of information disclosure has a significant positive effect on information behavior and its adaptive characteristics,and adaptive characteristics play an important mediating role in the effect of information disclosure quality on information behavior.
