摘　　要：文物和文化遗产承载着中华民族的基因和血脉,是不可再生、不可替代的中华优秀文明资源。北庭故城国家考古遗址公园,作为新疆唯一的国家级考古遗址公园,其在考古类文化遗产资源的保护、展示与利用方面开创了全新的模式。现阶段,为了确保北庭故城国家考古遗址公园的可持续发展和有效保护,亟须通过完善相关立法体系、提升法治工作队伍的专业能力以及建立切实有效的公众参与机制等措施,为遗址公园的各项工作提供坚实的法治保障。Cultural relics and cultural heritage bear the genes and bloodlines of the Chinese nation,and are ir⁃replaceable valuable resources of excellent Chinese civilization.The Beiting Ancient City National Archaeological Ruins Park,as the only national archaeological ruins park in Xinjiang,has pioneered a new model for the protec⁃tion,display,and utilization of archaeological cultural heritage resources.At present,in order to ensure the sustain⁃able development and effective protection of the Beiting Ancient City National Archaeological Ruins Park,it is ur⁃gently necessary to improve the relevant legislative system,enhance the professional capabilities of the legal work team,and establish a practical and effective mechanism for public participation,thus providing solid legal guaran⁃tees for all aspects of the site’s work.
