摘 要:本文比较了路易斯安那鸢尾品种‘黑色斗鸡’‘劳拉’‘缤纷’和花菖蒲品种‘出羽之里’‘葵之上’‘长井白’耐盐性差异,以期为长三角沿海地区湿地植物群落构建提供基础。用400 mmol/L NaCl溶液分别对6个鸢尾品种处理0 d、5 d、10 d、15 d,分析其在盐胁迫下的形态和生理变化。结果显示经NaCl溶液处理后植株均出现弯曲和叶片变黄的情况,其中花菖蒲‘出羽之里’表现最为明显。经盐胁迫15 d后,路易斯安那鸢尾‘黑色斗鸡’叶片含水量下降最为缓慢(76.4%),其他5个品叶片含水量则均低于65%。相对电导率均呈上升趋势,‘出羽之里’在处理15 d达到了80%,而‘黑色斗鸡’为49.1%。6个品种的叶绿素含量均出现下降,丙二醛含量则呈上升趋势。‘黑色斗鸡’和‘长井白’的SOD活性随处理时间持续升高,‘出羽之里’则呈现出先下降后上升最后又下降的情况。综合分析结果显示,6个鸢尾品种中路易斯安那鸢尾‘黑色斗鸡’的耐盐性相对最强,而花菖蒲‘出羽之里’的耐盐性最差。The tolerance ability to salt stress of three Louisiana irises(Iris ‘Black Gamecock',I.‘Laura',I.‘Colorfic')and three Japanese irises(l.ensata‘Dewa No Sato',I.ensata‘Aoin No Ue',I.ensata‘ Nagai Shiro')were studies in this paper,which provides the foundation for wetland community construction in the coastal area of Yangtze River Delta.The plants of six cultivars were treated with 400 mmol/L NaCl solutions for 0 d,5 d,10 d and 15 d respectively,the morphological and physiological changes of all treatments were examined.The results showed that plants bending and leaves yellowing were appeared,the changes of I.ensata‘Dewa No Sato'were significant.With treated for 15 d,the water content of I.‘Black knight'leaves were decreased to 76.4%,and which of other cultivars was decreased to 65%.The relative conductivity values of all cultivars were increased by treated for 15 d,with I.ensata‘Dewa No Sato'and I.‘Black knight'reaching 80%and 49.1%,respectively.The chlorophyll content of all cultivars was decreased,while malondialdehyde showed an upward trend.The SOD content of I.‘Black knight'and I.ensata‘Nagai Shiro'was continually increased all the time,but which of I.ensata‘Dewa No Sato'showed of the pattern of decreasing,increasing and decreasing.The comprehensive evaluation showed that I.‘Black Gamecock'had the best and the worst tolerance ability to salt stress,respectively.
