摘  要:利用氧化动力学测试,扫描电子显微镜(SEM),X射线衍射仪(XRD)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)等分析技术,系统研究了预氧化后的GH4169合金在中温NaCl和O_(2)+H_(2)O气氛中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,GH4169合金预氧化形成了Cr_(2)O_(3)/Nb_(2)O_(5)为主的连续氧化膜,在中温盐水环境下腐蚀5 h后氧化膜被严重破坏,形成了主要由NiFe_(2)O_(4)、NaNbO_(3)、Na_(2)CrO_(4)及残留Cr_(2)O_(3)构成的腐蚀产物膜。详细讨论了预氧化GH4169合金在中温固态NaCl和O_(2)+H_(2)O气氛下的腐蚀机制以及预氧化膜破坏的过程。The corrosion behavior of pre-oxidized GH4169 alloy beneath a solid NaCl deposit film in flowing water vapor containing O_(2)at 600℃was investigated by means of oxidation kinetics measurement,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and transmission electron microscope(TEM)in the aspects of corrosion kinetics,morphology and phase composition of corrosion products.The results indicate that a continuous oxide scale composed mainly of Cr_(2)O_(3)/Nb_(2)O_(5)was formed by pre-oxidation of GH4169 alloy in air at 1000℃for 2 h.However,after 5 h corrosion in the above designed conditions,the pre-oxidized GH4169 alloy underwent serious corrosion,while the pre-formed oxide scale was seriously damaged,and the corrosion product scale mainly composed of NiFe_(2)O_(4),NaNbO_(3),Na_(2)CrO_(4)and residual Cr_(2)O_(3)was formed.Finally,the corrosion mechanism of the pre-oxidized GH4169 alloy beneath a solid NaCl deposit film in flowing water vapor containing O_(2)at 600℃was discussed in detail,in terms of the deterioration prcoess of the pre-oxidation scale.
