摘 要:文章介绍了双机回热机组变转速透平小机通流优化设计理念和方法,开展了宏观方案论证、叶型优化设计和变转速性能分析,得到如下结论:在设计边界和级次条件下,平均反动度和平均流动系数均能寻获最优值,使通流效率最佳;通过优化基于3弦长控制的静叶弯曲规律,获得了更高的通流效率;当运行工况从THA下降至75%THA时,通流效率下降0.74%,变工况性能较优。总体来看,通过一维底层参数优化、二维宽域叶型优选及积叠规律优化、三维静叶弯曲规律优化等措施,保证了变转速透平小机通流方案在现有设计理念和条件下的最优设计,研究结果为变转速小汽轮机的通流优化设计提供了参考。This paper introduces the concept and method of turbine flow passage optimization design for variable-speed small turbine based on double-machine regenerative system.The macroscopic scheme demonstration,blade shape optimization,and variable-speed performance analysis were carried out.The following conclusions were obtained:under the design boundary and stage conditions,the average reaction degree and average flow coefficient can be optimized to obtain the optimal values,thus resulting in the best turbine flow efficiency.Moreover by optimizing the 3-chord control-based static blade curvature rules,a higher turbine flow efficiency was obtained;when the operating condition was reduced from THA to 75%THA,the turbine flow efficiency decreased by 0.74%.The variable-speed performance was better.Overall,by optimizing the one-dimensional underlying parameters,selecting the two-dimensional wide-range blade shape,and optimizing the accumulation rule,the turbine flow passage scheme was optimized to ensure the best design under the current design concept and conditions.The research results provide reference for the optimal design of variable-speed small steam turbine flow passage.
