摘 要:火电一次再热汽轮机组中,蒸汽再热提高了回热抽汽的过热度,一定程度上增加了加热器内热交换时的不可逆损失,一次再热回热抽汽系统引入了新的矛盾。文章对比分析一次再热机组中THA工况下常规回热系统和双机回热系统中回热蒸汽的过热度,并分别计算2种系统各加热器的效率。算例计算表明:THA工况下除氧器和No4、No6加热器在双机回热系统中的效率分别比在常规回热系统中的效率高2.05%,3.77%,7.35%,双机回热十级加热器算术平均效率高出常规系统十级回热加热器平均效率1.72%。双机回热系统在提高系统加热器效率方面比常规回热系统有较明显优势。The superheat degree of regenerated steam was higher due to the use of the reheat,which resulted in a new contradiction,that is,the high losses during the heat exchanges in heaters.Conventional regenerative system and double-turbine regenerative system in reheat unit were compared under THA condition.The exergy efficiencies of heaters were examined,the study showed that the efficiency for the deaerator and No4、No6 heaters individually in double-turbine regenerative system was higher by 2.05%,3.77%and 7.35%than that in conventional regenerative system,and the averaged one in double-turbine regenerative system was higher by 1.72%than that in conventional regenerative system.The exergy efficiency of heaters could be enhanced in taking advantage of the double-turbine regenerative system.
