摘  要:在高参数煤电机组上采用双机回热系统具备一定的节能作用。双机回热系统中抽汽背压式汽轮机排汽到某个低压加热器,对于抽汽背压式汽轮机而言,该低压加热器就是“凝汽器”。由于双机回热系统中大机与抽汽背压式汽轮机系统深度耦合,低加切除后对于机组和系统的稳定性影响较大。文章通过对双机回热系统的低加切除工况进行分析,评估低加切除工况带来的影响,给出控制目标与方法,保证机组在低加切除工况下仍可稳定运行。The use of double-turbine regeneration system in high-parameter coal power units possesses certain energy-saving effects.In the double-turbine regeneration system,the extraction back-pressure turbine exhausts steam to a certain low-pressure heater,which is the"condenser"for the extraction back-pressure turbine.Due to the deep coupling between the big turbine and the extraction backpressure turbine in the double-turbine regeneration system,the low-pressure heater has a large impact on the stability of the unit and the system after it is out of service.This paper analyzes the out-of-service of the low-pressure heater of the double-turbine regeneration system,assesses the impact brought by the out-of-service of the low-pressure heater,and gives the control objectives and methods to ensure that the unit can still operate stably under the out-of-service condition of the low-pressure heater.
