摘  要:东方百万二次再热机组结合了东方在二次再热机组上的设计经验以及最新的反动式通流设计技术,采用了安全可靠的动叶片结构,有着良好运行业绩的高温叶片材料,常规强度分析与有限元强度振动设计相结合等先进设计技术,开发了通流效率高、结构形式先进、强度振动特性优良的新一代反动式通流。大唐新余百万二次再热机组的成功投运表明东方在百万二次再热机组市场上已经达到国际先进水平。The Dongfang 1000 MW double reheat unit combines Dongfang design experience in double reheat unit with the latest reactive flow design technology.It adopts a safe and reliable moving blade structure,high-temperature blade materials with good operating performance,and advanced design technologies such as conventional strength analysis combined with finite element strength and vibration design.It has developed a new generation of reactive flow with high flow efficiency,advanced structural form,and excellent strength vibration characteristics.The successful operation of Datang Xinyu 1000 MW double reheat unit indicates that Dongfang has reached the international advanced level in the 1000 MW double reheat unit market.
