摘  要:新型电力系统下供热机组运行模式多以“供热+深调低电负荷”为主、“供热+顶峰高电负荷”为辅,“以热定电”不复存在。现役汽轮机组进行工业供热改造,深调供热或大流量供热时常规回热系统方案抽汽点后加热器无法正常投入、回热系统效率低。双机回热系统方案A可实现回热系统梯级用汽、做功加热、效率提升,收益快速弥补改造成本增加;原主汽轮机抽汽点后通流取消回热抽口,通流效率和结构可靠性提高,凝汽器实际运行背压降低,整机效率大幅提升。双机回热系统方案B、C还使整机系统更简洁、设备高度集成,用于各种新建工业供热机组更能提效增收。工业供热机组采用双机回热系统方案时抽汽点不限于中排、越靠前小汽轮机带回热级数越多、回收功率越大、收益越高。In the new power system,the operation mode of industrial heating units is mainly"heating+deep adjustment of low power load"and supplemented by"heating+peak high power load","heat-to-power"mode no longer exists.The unit undergoes industrial heating renovation,the conventional reheat system scheme for deep adjustment heating or high flow heating cannot operate the heater after the extraction point,resulting in low efficiency of the reheating system.The dual turbine reheat system scheme A can achieve cascade steam consumption,power heating,efficiency improvement,and quickly make up for the increase in renovation costs with benefits;The removal of the reheat extraction port after the extraction point of the original main steam turbine can improve the flow efficiency and structural reliability,reduced the actual operating back pressure of the condenser,and significantly improved the overall efficiency.Plans B and C can also make the entire system more concise and the equipment highly integrated,which can improve efficiency and increase revenue for various newly built industrial heating units.When industrial heating units adopt dual turbine reheating system scheme,the extraction point is not limited to IP exhaust,the smaller the front,the more reheat heater the small turbine brings,also the greater recovered power and the higher profit.
