摘  要:部分新建1000 MW大型火电机组,采用抽背式给水泵汽轮机抽汽供回热加热器,代替主机抽汽。因主汽轮机、给水泵汽轮机均带回热抽汽,称为双机回热系统。国内采用双机回热系统的超超临界百万机组关于是否增加功率平衡发电机有过激烈的讨论,为进一步提高效率,减少抽背式给水泵汽轮机的进汽节流损失,抽背式给水泵汽轮机与功率平衡发电机常采用同轴布置方法,功率平衡发电机的功率直接影响抽背式给水泵汽轮机的效率和厂用电率,文章通过分析功率平衡发电机功率影响因素,找出相应控制策略,有效提升电厂的经济效益。In some newly constructed 1000 MW large thermal power units,steam extraction from the feedwater pump steam turbine is used to supply high-pressure heaters,replacing the steam extraction from the main turbine.Since both the main steam turbine and the extraction back-pressure feedwater pump steam turbine bring back hot extraction steam,this system is referred to as a double-turbine regeneration system.To further improve efficiency and reduce the throttling losses in the feedwater pump steam turbine,power balance generators are often arranged coaxially with the feedwater pump steam turbine.The power of the power balance generator directly affects the efficiency of the feedwater pump steam turbine and the auxiliary power consumption rate.This paper analyzes the factors influencing the power of the power balance generator,identifies corresponding control strategies,and proposes methods to effectively enhance the economic benefits of the power plant.
