摘 要:现有磁弹索力检测传感器多为套筒式结构,需在钢索完成安装之前套入其中,且无法拆卸。基于磁弹效应提出了一种凹型线圈磁场激励的磁弹索力检测技术,缠绕有磁感应线圈的钢索置于凹型骨架的凹槽内,其中,磁感应线圈由FPC柔性排线交错连接构成,通过扳扣连接器能够轻易从钢索上拆卸。利用凹型骨架上缠绕的载流线圈产生交变磁场,钢索在磁场和外部拉力的耦合作用下磁导率发生变化,感应线圈输出电压的幅值随磁导率线性变化,通过检测感应电压信号实现对拉力的间接测量。研究分析了激励磁场对凹型骨架尺寸的依赖关系。此外,通过理论计算,分析了感应电压幅值随激励频率变化的关系。实验中,通过测量感应电压一次谐波反映钢索拉力的变化情况,具有较高的信噪比,非线性误差为4.6%,灵敏度为5.83 mV/kN,拉力检测极限为26.8 kN。Existing magnetoelastic cable force sensors are mostly sleeve-type structures,which must be fitted onto the steel cable before installation and cannot be removed afterward.In this paper,the cable force measurement technology based on the magnetoelastic effect is proposed for concave coil magnetic field excitation.In this design,a steel cable wound with a magnetic induction coil is placed within the groove of a concave frame.Composed of interlaced FPC flexible wiring,the induction coil can be easily detached from the cable using a buckle connector.An alternating magnetic field is generated by the current-carrying coil wrapped around the concave frame,altering the cable's magnetic permeability under the combined influence of the magnetic field and external tension.This change is reflected in the amplitude of the induced voltage,which varies linearly with the magnetic permeability,enabling indirect tension measurements.This study examines how the dimensions of the concave frame affect the excitation magnetic field,while theoretical calculations explore the relationship between induced voltage amplitude and excitation frequency.Experimental results show that measuring the first harmonic of the induced voltage effectively reflects changes in cable tension,with a high signal-to-noise ratio,a nonlinear error of 4.6%,a sensitivity of 5.83mV/kN,and a detection limit of 26.8N.
