摘  要:针对输电铁塔的超低频振动环境,设计了一种滚动式铁塔低频振动能量采集器。建立了滚动式铁塔低频能量采集装置的理论模型,并针对装置在不同尺寸压电梁的输出进行了有限元仿真分析。制作了滚动式铁塔低频振动能量采集装置的实物模型,搭建实验平台进行测试,滚动式铁塔低频振动能量采集装置能够在低于2 Hz的振动条件下输出5 V左右的电压,其输出电压的频率远比振动频率高,可达到12 Hz,该频率与压电悬臂梁尺寸相关,可根据不同需求进行更换,以适应真实工况;搭建了以LTC35881-1芯片作为核心的能量管理电路,该芯片能够稳压输出1.8 V~3.6 V的电压,可根据需要自行调节,通过实验,该低频能量采集装置能够电亮LED小灯泡,峰值功率输出可达140μW,振动能量采集效果良好,具有实际应用的可能。Aiming at the ultra-low frequency vibration environment of transmission tower,a rolling type low frequency vibration energy collector for transmission tower is designed.In this paper,a theoretical model of low frequency energy acquisition device for rolling tower is established,and the output of the device in different sizes of piezoelectric beams is simulated by finite element method.The physical model of the low-frequency vibration energy acquisition device of the rolling tower is made,and the experimental platform is built for testing.The rolling tower low-frequency vibration energy acquisition device can output about 5V voltage under the vibration condition lower than 2Hz,and the output voltage frequency is much higher than the vibration frequency,which can reach 12Hz,which is related to the size of the piezoelectric cantilever beam.It can be replaced according to different needs to adapt to real working conditions;The energy management circuit with LTC35881-1 chip as the core is built.The chip can regulate the voltage output of 1.8V-3.6V,which can be adjusted according to needs.Through experiments,the low-frequency energy acquisition device can brighten the LED small bulb,the peak power output can reach 140μW,the vibration energy acquisition effect is good,and it has the possibility of practical application.
