摘  要:主要针对直流无刷电机的设计和样机研制,结合电机的主要技术指标,基于Ansoft仿真软件,分析绕组变化对无刷电机机械特性影响。以实物样机迭代研制为验证平台,确认绕组变化是电机机械特性改变的关键因素,解决无刷电机工作过程中电流大、转速高与设计值高度不符的问题,通过三台电机的连续改进优化,得到样机仿真值与研发实物电机的测试值达到95%的吻合度,为电机的研制奠定基础。Mainly aimed at the design and prototype development of DC brushless motors,combined with the main technical indicators of the motor,based on Ansoft simulation software,the influence of winding changes on the mechanical characteristics of brushless motors is analyzed.Using the iterative development of physical prototypes as a verification platform,it was confirmed that winding changes are a key factor in the mechanical characteristics of the motor.The problem of high current,high speed,and high deviation from the design value during the operation of brushless motors was solved.Through continuous improvement and optimization of three motors,a 95%agreement between the simulated values of the prototype and the test values of the developed physical motor was obtained,laying the foundation for the development of the motor.
