内置十字形型钢混凝土墩柱抗撞性能研究

摘  要:型钢混凝土构件是承载能力、耐久性与耐火性良好的结构构件,在桥梁工程中的应用有巨大潜力。在诸多截面形式中,内置十字形型钢可保障桥墩的刚度均匀性,相比其他的截面形式,具有更为广泛的应用。在桥梁服役期间,失控车辆与船舶对桥墩的撞击作用需要加以考虑。桥墩通常采用底部固接而顶部通过橡胶支座等与桥板搭接的边界条件,与常规针对构件层次的相关撞击试验边界有显著差异。基于数值模拟方法,利用验证有效的有限元模型,模拟分析了内置十字形型钢的型钢混凝土桥墩在侧向撞击作用下的动力响应规律,结果表明,在现实边界和撞击作用位置条件下除需考虑桥墩撞击位置的瞬时变形,还需要关注因受撞和其后的惯性回弹而导致的桥墩顶部变形。同时,基于其中的关键响应与指标,开展了系列的参数分析,所涉及的参数包括桥墩的材料相关参数、截面特征参数、宏观几何参数和撞击作用工况参数等。上述研究将有助于内置十字形型钢的型钢混凝土桥墩的抗撞击设计,保障相应桥梁结构安全。As structural members with good bearing capacity,durability and fire resistance,steel reinforced concrete members have great potential for application in bridge engineering.Among many cross section forms,the built-in cross section steel can ensure the stiffness uniformity of the pier,and has a relatively wider application than other cross section forms.During the service of bridge,the impact of out-of-control vehicles and ships on bridge piers is one of the effects that should be considered.Considering the boundary conditions of bridge piers which are usually bonded at the bottom and bonded at the top by rubber bearings,there is a significant difference between the boundary of the relevant impact test for component levels and the conventional one.Therefore,it is urgent to study the actual boundary conditions and consider the characteristics of the impact position.Based on the numerical simulation method and the validated finite element model,in the paper the dynamic response law of steel-reinforced concrete pier with built-in cross section steel under lateral impact are simulated and analyzed.It shows that under the realistic boundary and impact position,not only the instantaneous deformation of pier impact position should be considered,but also the deformation of pier top caused by impact and subsequent inertia rebound should be paid attention to.Based on the key response and index,a series of parameter analysis is carried out,including the pier material parameters,section characteristics parameters,macro-geometric parameters and impact working conditions parameters.The above research will be helpful to the anti-impact design of steel-reinforced concrete piers with built-in cross-shaped steel,and ensure the safety of the corresponding bridge structure.
