摘　　要：Third-party payment (TPP) is an evolving model of payment services provided by third-party payment service providers (TPPSPs) for every end user using a payment account in another entity. TPP plays an important role globally by complementing the offer of the traditional financial market players and contributes to the efficiency of payment transactions and financial systems.
