摘 要:2020年,对浙江省丽水市百山祖国家公园松源溪开展了藻类多样性调查,采集到1种淡水硅藻的中国新记录——四方波缘肋缝藻(Frustulia quadrisinuata Lange-Bertalot.1996)。本研究使用光镜对其形态特征进行了观察,并首次利用扫描电子显微镜对该物种的超微结构进行了详细的观察和描述。结果显示,该肋缝藻具有以下特征:(1)壳面轮廓略呈菱形,边缘具3个波状突起,末端呈宽圆形;(2)纵肋和壳缝适度弯曲,纵向肋缝在中央区有明显收缩,形成一个独特的“8字形”结构;(3)外壳面近缝端和远缝端均呈“T”字形;(4)纵向线纹在壳面中部呈波浪状,密度24~30条/10μm;横向线纹密度26~30条/10μm。结果表明本研究采集到的中国种群形态特征,与四方波缘肋缝藻模式种群描述一致,为国内首次记录,扩展了该物种的全球地理分布记录。In 2020,a survey of algae diversity was carried out in Songyuan Creek,Baishanzu National Park,Lishui City,Zhejiang Province,and a new record of freshwater diatoms in China,Frustulia quadrisinuata Lange-Bertalot,was collected from pebbles in the stream.The biofilm on the pebble was brushed with a toothbrush and fixed with a 4%formaldehyde solution.It was refrigerated and transported back to the laboratory and acidified with 10%hydrochloric acid(HCl)and 30%hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)).In this paper,the morphological characteristics of treated diatom samples were observed by light microscope(LM),and the ultrastructure of the species was observed and described in detail by scanning electron microscope(SEM)for the first time in the world.The results showed that the Frustulia had the following characteristics:(1)Frustulia quadrisinuata Lange-Bertalot valves were slightly rhomboid with three wavy protrusions on the edge and protracted apices.It was 46.7-77.9μm long and 11.8-16.6μm wide.;(2)The longitudinal ribs and raphe were moderately curved.The longitudinal ribs were obviously constricted at the central nodule,forming a unique figure-of-eight design;(3)In the external valve,the proximal and terminal raphe are T-shaped fissures.The inner valve point pore covers the siliceous hymen;(4)The longitudinal striae were wavy at the valve center,24-30 in 10μm.And had a lateral striae density of 26-30 in 10μm.The morphological characteristics of the Chinese population collected in this study were consistent with the description of the model population of Frustulia quadrisinuata Lange-Bertalot,which was the first report in China and provides primary data for the taxonomy and biogeography of this species,expands the geographical distribution of this species,and increases the primary data of freshwater algae diversity in China.
