温度对铜鱼幼鱼呼吸代谢及窒息点的影响

摘  要:为探讨温度对铜鱼(Coreius heterodon)幼鱼呼吸代谢及窒息点的影响,采用封闭流水式和封闭静水式两种实验方法测定了体质量为(23.37±4.34)g的铜鱼幼鱼在5个不同温度组(14、18、22、26和30℃)下耗氧率、排氨率及窒息点的变化。结果显示:14~26℃温度区间内,铜鱼幼鱼耗氧率和排氨率均随温度升高而增加,在26℃达最高为0.3820 mg/(g·h)和12.2896μg/(g·h);在30℃耗氧率与排氨率呈下降趋势。呼吸频率与窒息点随温度升高呈上升趋势,14℃时最低,对应值分别为(99.00±2.00)次/min和(0.63±0.12)mg/L,30℃时达到最高,对应值分别为(123.00±7.64)次/min和(1.25±0.22)mg/L。在不同水温下,铜鱼幼鱼的昼夜耗氧率变化规律明显,均为夜间大于白天。结果表明,温度对铜鱼幼鱼的耗氧率、排氨率及窒息点有显著影响。In order to investigate the effects of temperature on respiratory metabolism of juvenile Coreius heterodon,the oxygen consumption rate,ammonia excretion rate and asphyxia point of juvenile C.heterodon with body mass of(23.37±4.34)g were measured under five different temperatures(14,18,22,26,30)℃by closed flow and closed static water methods.The results showed that the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate of juvenile C.heterodon with the increases in temperature from 14℃to 26℃,and both reached the highest at 26℃,which were 0.3820 mg/(g·h)and 12.2896μg/(g·h),respectively.With the increase of temperature,the oxygen consumption rate and ammonia excretion rate showed a decreasing trend.Respiratory rate and asphyxia point increased with the increase of temperature,and reached the highest at 30℃,the corresponding values were(123±7.64)/min and(1.25±0.22)mg/L,respectively.Under different water temperatures,the diurnal and nocturnal oxygen consumption rate of juvenile C.heterodon changed significantly,which was higher at night than during the day.The oxygen consumption rate in the 26 and 30℃groups was significantly higher than that in the 14 and 18℃groups.The results showed that temperature had significant effects on oxygen consumption rate,ammonia excretion rate and asphyxia point of juvenile C.heterodon,and the effects were more significant at high temperature.The suitable water temperature range of juvenile C.heterodon was 22~26℃.The larvae had a nocturnal feeding rhythm,with 20:00 to 24:00 being the best feeding time.The point of asphyxia in 14℃and 18℃groups was significantly lower than that in 26℃and 30℃groups,and the lowest and highest point of asphyxia in 14℃and 30℃groups were 0.63 mg/L and 1.25 mg/L,respectively.
