中青年脑卒中患者疾病获益感现状及其影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的调查中青年脑卒中患者疾病获益感现状,分析相关影响因素,为进一步开展有针对性的干预措施奠定理论基础。方法采用一般资料调查表、疾病获益感量表、慢性病管理自我效能感量表、简易疾病感知问卷、医学应对方式量表和社会支持评定量表对203例中青年脑卒中患者进行调查,采用单因素分析、Pearson相关性分析、多因素线性回归分析探讨中青年脑卒中患者疾病获益感的现状及其影响因素。结果中青年脑卒中患者疾病获益感总分为(57.86±19.02)分。多因素线性回归分析结果显示,自我效能、疾病感知、面对应对、屈服应对、社会支持及自理能力、经济负担是中青年脑卒中患者疾病获益感的影响因素(P<0.05),共解释总变异的78.3%。结论中青年脑卒中患者疾病获益感处于中等偏下水平,受自我效能、疾病感知、面对应对、屈服应对、社会支持及自理能力、经济负担影响。Objective To investigate the current status of benefit finding among young and middle-aged stroke patients and analyze its influencing factors,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for further targeted intervention measures.Methods A general information questionnaire,Benefit Finding Scale,Self-Efficacy for Managing Chronic Disease Scale,Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire,Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire,and Social Support Rating Scale were used to investigate 203 young and middle-aged stroke patients.The current status of benefit finding and its influencing factors were analyzed by one-factor analysis,Pearson correlation analysis,and multiple linear regression analysis.Results The total score of benefit finding among young and middle-aged stroke patients was(57.86±19.02).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that self-efficacy,illness perception,confrontation coping,acceptance-resignation coping,social support,self-care ability,and economic burden were the influencing factors of benefit finding among young and middle-aged stroke patients(P<0.05),accounting for 78.3%of the total variation.Conclusion The benefit finding of young and mi-ddle-aged stroke patients is at a medium-low level,influenced by self-efficacy,illness perception,confrontation coping,acceptance-resignation coping,social support,self-care ability,and economic burden.
