摘 要:本文在聚砜(PSf)铸膜液中添加微量nano-CaCO_(3),使其在盐酸凝固浴中进行相转化,利用nano-CaCO_(3)与HCl反应生成CO_(2)纳米气泡对膜结构进行调控,采用纳米气泡辅助相转化法(BNIPS)成功制备了高表面孔隙率的PSf超滤膜。结果表明,PSf铸膜液中添加的微量nano-CaCO_(3)可显著调控膜的结构和性能。当nano-CaCO_(3)添加量为0.05%时,所得PSf超滤膜分离孔径达到12.8nm,表面孔隙率达到7.4%,M-0.05膜纯水通量达916.6L/m^(2)/h,牛血清蛋白(BSA)截留率超过97%,表现出高渗透性和高选择性。In this paper,trace amounts of nano-CaCO_(3)were added to polysulfone(PSf)casting solution to make it undergo phase inversion in a hydrochloric acid coagulation bath,and nano-CaCO_(3) reacted with HCl to generate CO_(2) nanobubbles to regulate the membrane structure,and the high surface porosity PSf ultrafiltration membrane was successfully prepared by nanobubble-assisted phase inversion method(BNIPS).The results indicate that the addition of trace amounts of nano-CaCO_(3) in the PSf casting solution can significantly regulate the structure and properties of the membrane.When the amount of nano-CaCO_(3) added was only 0.05%,the separation pore size of the obtained PSf ultrafiltration membrane(M-0.05)reaches 12.8 nm,and the surface porosity reaches 7.4%,the pure water flux of M-0.05 membrane reached 916.6 L/m^(2)/h,and the bovine serum albumin(BSA)rejection exceeds 97%,showing high permeability and high selectivity.
