摘 要:以辛胺(OA)开环γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)当做扩链剂(OA-560),再使用异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和聚1,4-丁二醇(PTMG)逐步加成合成了聚氨酯,最后使用γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(ATS)来封端完成双硅烷改性聚氨酯的合成。采用红外光谱表征了产物的结构,且使用了XPS表征了涂层表面的Si的分布,并测试了双硅烷改性的粘附力、耐水性、耐热性和疏水性。结果表明改性后在垂直方向上可承受近9 MPa的强度,吸水率仅为0.5%,初始分解温度提高到350℃,接触角提高到102°。The synthesis of a bis-silane-modified polyurethane was accomplished using octadecylamine(OA)andγ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane(KH-560)as chain extenders(OA-560),followed by stepwise addition with isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI)and poly(tetramethylene ether)glycol(PTMG).The synthesis was completed by capping withγ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(ATS).The structure of the product was characterized using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy(FTIR),while the distribution of silicon on the coating surface was determined via X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy(XPS).Adhesion strength,water resistance,thermal stability,and hydrophobicity of the bis-silane-modified polyurethane were also evaluated.Results showed that after modification,the material could withstand a tensile strength of nearly 9 MPa in the vertical direction,had a water absorption rate of only 0.5%,an initial decomposition temperature increased to 350℃,and a contact angle improved to 102°.
