摘  要:以某钢铁企业焦化废水为研究对象,探究了O_(3)/H_(2)O_(2)氧化技术中O_(3)浓度、H_(2)O_(2)添加量、温度和pH这些关键因素对焦化废水中COD去除效率的影响,得出了最佳的工艺参数:O_(3)浓度为125mg/L,H_(2)O_(2)添加量为0.15%,温度为40℃,pH为7。在现场实际应用中,O_(3)/H_(2)O_(2)氧化技术对现场实际废水的COD具有良好的去除效果。可将COD浓度由进水时的70mg/L~86mg/L降至30mg/L以下,出水满足《钢铁工业水污染物排放标准》(GB13456-2012)中规定的COD排放要求。The O_(3)/H_(2)O_(2)oxidation technology is widely used in wastewater deep treatment processes due to its fast reaction rate,strong oxidation ability,and wide applicability.Taking coking wastewater from a certain steel enterprise as the research object,the influence of key factors such as O_(3)concentration,H_(2)O_(2)addition amount,temperature,and pH on COD removal efficiency in O_(3)/H_(2)O_(2)oxidation technology was explored.The optimal process parameters were obtained as follows:O_(3)concentration of 125 mg/L,H_(2)O_(2)addition amount of 0.15%,temperature of 40℃,and pH of 7.In practical applications on site,O_(3)/H_(2)O_(2)oxidation technology has a good removal effect on COD in actual wastewater.The COD concentration can be reduced from 70-86 mg/L at the inlet to below 30 mg/L,and the effluent meets the COD discharge requirements specified in the“Steel Industry Water Pollutant Discharge Standards”(GB13456-2012).
