摘 要:焦化污水厂除臭工艺研究旨在符合排放达标。论文分析了焦化污水厂运行期间会产生大量臭气的来源和成分组成;依据达标标准,采用除臭组合处理工艺,即臭气经收集后首先进入碱液吸收塔发生化学反应得到初步净化,然后进入低温等离子装置被高能轰击而降解为无臭物质或小分子碎片,剩余臭气再次被喷淋洗涤塔捕捉,喷淋洗涤塔和碱液吸收塔吸收的废液最终通入生化好氧池进行生物降解,处理后的臭气通过排气筒排出。研究结果表明,焦化污水厂其主要成分包括硫化氢、氨、硫醇等。应用结果表明,该组合工艺除臭效果显著且运行稳定,排气污染物浓度达到《恶臭污染物排放标准》(GB14554-1993)二级排放标准。The research on deodorization technology in coking wastewater treatment plants aims to meet emission standards.The paper analyzes the sources and composition of the large amount of odor generated during the operation of coking wastewater treatment plants;According to the standard,a deodorization combination treatment process is adopted,in which the odor is collected and first enters the alkali absorption tower for chemical reaction to obtain preliminary purification.Then it enters the low-temperature plasma device and is degraded into odorless substances or small molecule fragments by high-energy bombardment.The remaining odor is captured again by the spray washing tower.The waste liquid absorbed by the spray washing tower and alkali absorption tower is finally sent to the biochemical aerobic tank for biodegradation,and the treated odor is discharged through the exhaust pipe.The research results indicate that the main components of coking wastewater treatment plants include hydrogen sulfide,ammonia,mercaptan,etc.The application results show that the combined process has significant deodorization effect and stable operation,and the concentration of exhaust pollutants meets the second level emission standard of the“Odor Pollutant Emission Standard”(GB14554-1993).
