高效泵及高分子涂层技术在循环水系统中的应用

摘  要:钢铁企业中循环水系统中水泵效率至关重要,关系到总体能耗。本文重点描述了高效泵的现状及技术原理、工艺路线、应用案例和效果评估以及高分子涂层喷涂技术应用的现状及技术原理、工艺处理流程和应用案例。结果表明,高分子涂层材料附着于叶轮表面可有效减少泵内壁与输送介质之间的摩擦阻力系数,降低腐蚀提高水泵运行效率降低能耗。The efficiency of water pumps in the circulating water system of steel enterprises is crucial and related to overall energy consumption.This article focuses on describing the current status and technical principles,process routes,application cases,and effect evaluations of high-efficiency pumps,as well as the current status and technical principles,process flow,and application cases of polymer coating spraying technology.The results show that polymer coating materials attached to the impeller surface can effectively reduce the friction coefficient between the pump inner wall and the conveying medium,reduce corrosion,improve the operating efficiency of the water pump,and reduce energy consumption.
