摘  要:为解决膜污染、保持膜性能,从格网污染现象开展分析,对顽固污染进行清洗,降低预处理加药量,能量回收装置浓盐水回流涮膜。反渗透、纳滤系统浓缩倍数达到15以上,膜元件寿命已经达到7年,产品水指标优于要求。To solve membrane fouling and maintain membrane performance,an analysis was conducted on the phenomenon of grid fouling,and stubborn fouling was cleaned.The pre-treatment dosage was reduced,and the energy recovery device used concentrated salt water to reflux and rinse the membrane.The concentration factor of reverse osmosis and nanofiltration systems has exceeded 15,and the lifespan of membrane components has reached 7 years.The product water indicators are better than the requirements.
