摘　　要：主要分析轧钢厂棒材线和高线水处理净环冷却水系统存在的设计不合理、运行成本高等各种弊端,提出有效地改进措施,完善和优化水处理净环冷却水系统的设计,通过系统的设计优化以及节能改造措施的实施,有效降低了净环水系统设备运行故障率,确保了净环冷却水系统平稳运行,使系统更加经济运行。The main analysis focuses on the various drawbacks of unreasonable design and high operating costs in the water treatment clean ring cooling system of the rolling mill bar line and high-speed wire,and propose effective improvement measures to improve and optimize the design of the tower cooling system on the water treatment clean ring.Through system design optimization and The implementation of energy-saving renovation measures effectively reduced the failure rate of equipment in the clean-circulation water system,ensured the smooth operation of the clean-circle cooling water system,and made the system operate more economically.
