摘 要:汽车等行业的轻量化需求促使板带钢产品向着强度更高、厚度更薄的方向发展,并使得带钢的板形质量控制面临严峻挑战。拉矫机是改善和提高板带钢板形质量的关键设备,但现有的拉矫机生产高强薄带钢时存在不足。针对此,本文首先基于商业有限元软件建立拉矫过程的有限元仿真模型,并与经典文献仿真结果进行对比验证了模型的准确性;然后采用有限元模型仿真分析了四种不同辊径组合下高强薄带钢的塑性延伸率,以矫后带钢延伸率最大为目标,得出45/45/60/80辊径组合方式最优;再次利用有限元模型仿真分析高强薄带钢的拉矫过程弯曲辊组与矫直辊组对其整体塑性变形延伸率的贡献,确定适用于高强薄带钢的拉矫机应此采用“两弯两矫”的配置方式;最后基于上述研究确定的高强薄带钢的拉矫机设备方案,仿真分析了该拉矫机对高强薄带钢生产过程翘曲变形的影响规律。The lightweight demand in the automotive and other industries has enabled the strip steel to develop in a higher strength and thinner,and the steel-shaped quality control of the steel is facing severe challenges.The pulling machine is a key device that improves and improves the quality of the strip-shaped steel,but there is insufficient when the existing pulling machine produces high-strength strip steel.In response to this,this paper first establishes a finite element simulation model of the pulling process based on the commercial finite element software,and compares the accuracy of the model with the classic literature simulation results;then the finite element model simulation is used to analyze four different roller frames.The plastic elongation of high-strength strip steel has the most targets with the maximum steel extension of the steel,and the optimal 45/45/60/80 roller diameter is optimized;again using finite element model simulation analysis of high-strength strip steel The process curved roller set and the straightening roller contributed to its overall plastic deformation elongation,it is determined that the pull-up machine suitable for high-strength strip steel should be used to use"two bending two-correction"configuration method;finally based on the above-mentioned research determined high strength Thin strap steel tensile equipment,simulation analysis of the effects of the pulling of the pulling of the pulley on the warpage deformation of high strength thin strip steel.
