摘 要:为研究薄板坯高碳钢连铸凝固收缩、热应力与工艺参数的匹配性,以65Mn钢种为例,通过观察分析过程工艺参数如结晶器热流、铜板磨损、断面温差等在线数据及生产过程异常,利用异常反推参数异常,同时通过单元素分析铜板厚度、冷却制度、锥度及保护渣对高碳钢生产过程的影响,分析高碳钢在不同温度下的凝固收缩与热应力变化,以此来设定优化相应的工艺参数。通过控制改进结晶器铜板厚度、一次冷却、二次冷却、锥度、喷嘴型号及导水板、保护渣性能等方面,薄板坯高碳钢生产顺行、质量稳定。In order to study the matching of solidification shrinkage,thermal stress and process parameters of thin slab high-carbon steel continuous casting,taking 65Mn steel grade as an example,by observing and analyzing the process parameters such as mold heat flow,copper plate wear,cross-section temperature difference and other online data and production process abnormalities,using anomalies to deduce parameter anomalies,and at the same time,the influence of copper plate thickness,cooling system,taper and protective slag on the production process of high-carbon steel was analyzed by single element,and the solidification shrinkage and thermal stress changes of high-carbon steel at different temperatures were analyzed,so as to set and optimize the corresponding process parameters.By controlling and improving the thickness of the copper plate of the mold,the primary cooling,the secondary cooling,the taper,the nozzle model,the water guide plate,and the performance of the protective slag,the production of thin slab high-carbon steel is smooth and the quality is stable.
