摘 要:针对圆棒成品头尾弯曲及表面划伤问题,通过对生产线机械设备和工艺进行研究分析,找到关键因素。采用对倍尺飞剪前后导槽结构优化设计的方法,主要是改变导槽入口斜板头部与辊道中心线垂直尺寸、增大导槽开口、导槽尾部加装弧型导辊,达到避免区域设备成品头尾弯曲及表面划伤现象的产生。该方法能够显著提高生产线经济效益,可应用于同行业同类问题。To address the issues of head and tail bending and surface scratches in finished round bars,key factors were identified through research and analysis of production line mechanical equipment and processes.The method of optimizing the structure of the guide groove before and after the double length flying shear is adopted,mainly by changing the vertical size of the head of the inclined plate at the entrance of the guide groove and the centerline of the roller track,increasing the opening of the guide groove,and installing arc shaped guide rollers at the tail of the guide groove to avoid the occurrence of bending and surface scratches of the finished products of the regional equipment.This method can significantly improve the economic efficiency of production lines and can be applied to similar problems in the same industry.
