摘　　要：本文介绍了激光跟踪仪在首钢智新电磁的应用,对leicaAT500激光跟踪仪的原理及优势进行了论述,阐述了激光跟踪仪在轧钢厂如酸轧、二十辊、新能源轧机、连退线、精整、FCL、DCL等生产线操作实践过程及应用,并从测量环境、测量人员、测量方法、测量设备几个方面对精度影响进行了深入分析,证实了激光跟踪仪在首钢智新生产线的测量应用效果。This paper introduces the application of laser tracking instrument in Shougang Zhixin electromagnetic,discusses the principle and advantages of leicaAT500 laser tracking instrument,describes the practical process and application of laser tracking instrument in the operation of sour mill,twenty rolls,new energy mill,continuous retreat line,finishing,FCL,DCL and other production lines,and from the measurement environment,measurement personnel,measurement methods,measurement equipment,several aspects of the impact of accuracy.In-depth analysis was conducted to confirm the measurement application effect of laser tracker in Shougang Zhixin production line.
