摘 要:研究清洁技术在环保料场应用中的不足及改进措施。从全域清洁的角度,应用理论计算和工程实践相结合的方法,剖析现有清洁生产技术存在问题的根源,提出清洁工艺和装备应用两方面的改进措施。通过设计优化柔性堆料工艺,余料回收工艺、料格及地坪清洁工艺,从源头上削减粉尘的产生;通过对干雾抑尘、雾炮、伸缩溜槽、刮板清料机等清洁化设备的应用及改进,为企业创造经济效益和社会效益。本文的分析研究成果可为环保料场清洁设计及改进提供参考。This study is to investigate the disadvantages and improvement measures of clean technology in the application of eco-friendly stockyard.From the perspective of global cleaning,this paper analyzes the root causes of existing problems in cleaner production technology by combining theoretical calculation and engineering practice,and puts forward improvement measures in cleaning process and equipment application.The flexible stacking process,the waste recycling process,and the drainage technology of C-type material piles and indoor floor washing process in the material yard are optimized by design,and the dust is reduced at source.Through the application and improvement of clean equipment such as dry fog dust suppression device,telescopic chute,scraper cleaner,micro-fog cannon and other equipment,bigger benefits both of economic and social have been brought about to company.The results of analysis and research could provide reference for the global cleaning production design and application in eco-friendly stockyard.
