摘　　要：猪伪狂犬病(PR)是由伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)引起的多种家畜和野生动物以发热、奇痒(猪除外)及脑脊髓炎为主要症状的一种急性传染病。该病传播迅速且难以根除,各年龄阶段猪均可发病,对养猪业危害严重。自2011年以来,该病在我国多地Bartha-K61疫苗免疫猪场暴发。PRV发生变异是该病暴发的主要原因,且目前野毒流行感染情况仍普遍存在。疫苗免疫接种是防控甚至净化猪伪狂犬病的主要措施之一,研制安全有效且能够应对PRV变异毒株流行的疫苗刻不容缓。论文针对猪伪狂犬病疫苗的最新研究进展进行综述,为该病的有效防控和疫苗研发提供参考。Porcine pseudorabies is an acute infectious disease caused by pseudorabies virus in a variety of livestock and wild animals with fever,itching(except pigs)and encephalomyelitis as the main symptoms.The disease spreads rapidly and is difficult to eradicate.Pigs of all ages can be infected,which is seriously harmful to the pig industry.Since 2011,the disease has broken out in many Bartha-K61 vaccine-immunized pig farms in China.According to research reports,the mutation of porcine pseudorabies virus(PRV)is the main reason for the outbreak of the disease,and the current wild virus epidemic infection is still widespread.Vaccination is one of the main measures to prevent and control or even purify pseudorabies in pigs.It is urgent to develop safe and effective vaccines that can cope with the epidemic of PRV variant strains.This article reviews the latest research progress on porcine pseudorabies vaccine in China,and provides a reference for the effective prevention and control of the disease and vaccine development.
