摘　　要：猫杯状病毒(Feline calicivirus,FCV)典型临床症状包括鼻涕、牙龈炎和口腔炎,还能影响猫的关节,导致跛行。FCV在猫科动物中具有较高的感染性和传播性,其感染多伴随其他病原的感染,诊断较困难,且FCV变异快,疫苗免疫失败率高,目前尚缺乏特异性治疗制剂。近年来,在FCV病原的基础研究及疫苗的研发上取得了较好的进展,但是尚未有系统的综述对其进行总结。论文对FCV病原的相关研究进行综述,旨在为针对FCV及同科病毒展开致病机理研究、疫苗研发等提供参考。Feline calicivirus(FCV)is an important pathogenic and transmissible virus in cats,typical clinical signs include nasal discharge,gingivitis and stomatitis,and can also affect the joints of cats,leading to lameness.FCV infection is often accompanied by other pathogens,making diagnosis difficult.FCV mutates and evolves rapidly,which result to a high rate of vaccine failure and a lack of specific therapeutic agents.In recent years,research on FCV pathogens and the development of therapeutic technologies has gained remarkable progresses,but a systematic review has not been achieved yet.This article summarizes the recent progress on FCV study,which aims to provide useful information for the fundamental study of FCV infection and development of vaccines against FCV.
