摘  要:顶复门原虫是一类专性细胞内寄生的单细胞寄生虫,包括疟原虫、弓形虫、隐孢子虫、艾美耳球虫等,严重威胁人和动物健康。有性发育阶段是顶复门寄生原虫生活史的一个重要阶段,是寄生虫形成卵囊与完成遗传进化的关键一步。论文综述顶复门原虫有性发育阶段的研究进展,讨论此阶段使用疫苗或药物阻断该类寄生虫流行的可行性,为顶复门原虫有性发育后续研究提供参考。Apicomplexan parasites are a specialized category of intracellular parasites such as Plasmodium spp.,Toxoplasma gondii,Cryptosporidiom spp.,and Eimeria spp.These parasites provide a global health risk to both people and animals and are causing severe economic lost.An phase in the life cycle of parasites,sexual development is essential for the oocyst-forming process and the genetic evolution of parasites.This review focuses on the research advancements in the study of sexual development in several apicomplexan parasites(Plasmodium spp.,Toxoplasma gondii,Cryptosporidium spp.,and Eimeria spp.).It also discusses the potential for vaccines or medications that target this stage in order to disrupt parasite spread.The review will assist in studying the sexual development of apicomplexa parasites in the future.
