摘　　要：新时代大学生历史主动精神培育是事关中华民族伟大复兴、事关中国式现代化建设、事关党的事业后继有人的重大战略问题。新时代大学生历史主动精神培育受到诸多因素的影响,机制建设是关键,要加强教育引导、榜样示范、激励约束、文化涵养、实践养成五大机制建设,实现坚定自信与优化供给协同推进、厚植底蕴与净化生态表里共进、事迹宣讲与内涵阐释双轮驱动、正向引领与反向警示同时发力、内化认同与外化能力双向转化。The cultivation of the historical initiative spirit of college students in the new era is a major strategic issue concerning the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the Chinese-style modernization construction and the successor of the Party’s cause.The cultivation of the historical initiative spirit of college students in the new era is affected by many factors,and the mechanism construction is the key.It is essential to strengthen the five mechanisms of education guidance,example demonstration,incentive and restraint,cultural cultivation and practice cultivation to achieve firm confidence and optimize the supply of coordinated promotion,enrich the foundation and purify the ecological external and internal progress,story propaganda and connotation interpretation of two-wheel drive,positive lead and reverse warning at the same time,and bidirectional transformation of internal recognition and external capability.
