摘　　要：本文梳理了现代产业学院的发展背景,研究了现代产业学院的典型运行模式,总结了吉林工程技术师范学院智能制造产业学院建设初期存在的问题,介绍了多元主体协同育人模式的概况,在人才培养、课程建设、平台建设、科研合作等方面进行了实践,从政府、企业、学校的多维角度评价了该模式应用的成效,为同类产业学院的改革发展提供了有益参考。This article reviews the development background of modern industrial colleges,studies the typical operation mode of modern industrial colleges,summarizes the problems existing in the early construction of the Intelligent Manufacturing Industry College of Jilin Engineering Normal University,introduces the overview of the multi-subject collaborative education model,and practices it in talent cultivation,curriculum construction,platform construction,scientific research cooperation,etc.It evaluates the effectiveness of the application of this model from multiple perspectives of government,enterprises,and schools,providing useful references for the reform and development of similar industrial colleges.
