摘 要:目前多功能饲草揉丝机在实际应用中主要存在度电产量低和抛扔距离不满足使用要求等问题,为探索其性能与影响因素之间的关系,以度电产量、平均抛扔距离和揉丝率为试验指标,以主轴转速、含水率和喂入量为试验因素进行正交试验;采用极差与方差分析方法确定各试验因素对试验指标影响的主次顺序以及最优参数组合,并基于回归分析方法建立各试验指标与试验因素之间的多元线性回归方程。研究表明:当主轴转速为2 800 r/min、含水率为9.75%和喂入量为0.185 kg/s时,度电产量最大;当主轴转速为2 500 r/min、含水率为9.75%和喂入量为0.185 kg/s时,平均抛扔距离最远;当主轴转速为2 800 r/min、含水率为65.58%和喂入量为0.238 kg/s时,揉碎效果最佳。为后续在保证饲草揉丝率的前提下提高度电产量、增加抛扔距离提供参考依据。Aiming at the problems of low output per degree and throwing distance not meeting the requirements of multifunctional forage kneading machine in practical application,the orthogonal test was carried out by selecting output per degree,average throwing distance and kneading rate as experimental indexes,and the spindle speed,moisture content and feed quantity as the factors to explore the relationship between performance and influencing factors.Range and variance analysis methods were employed to determine the primary and secondary impacts of each experimental factor on the experimental indexes and to identify the optimal parameter combinations.Additionally,multiple linear regression equations were developed based on regression analysis methods to establish relationships between the experimental indexes and experimental factors.The results show that the output per degree is the largest when the spindle speed is 2800 r/min,the moisture content is 9.75%and the feed quantity is 0.185 kg/s.The average throwing distance is the longest when the spindle speed is 2500 r/min,the moisture content is 9.75%and the feed quantity is 0.185 kg/s.The triturate effect is the best when the spindle speed is 2800 r/min,the moisture content is 65.58%and the feed quantity is 0.238 kg/s.This study provides a reference for improving output per degree and increasing the throwing distance of multifunctional forage kneading machines.
