农业生产组织发展何以推进农业机械化——基于服务功能视角的再检验

摘　　要：农业机械化是发展现代农业的重要基础条件,农业生产组织服务功能为促进农业机械化提供重要支撑。基于江苏省水稻规模种植户调查数据实证分析农业生产组织服务功能对农户农机投资规模、投资结构的影响。研究发现:农业生产组织服务功能促进农户增加单位土地农机投入,降低小农户自购农机价值,并激励农户以农机投入替代劳动投入、以扩大土地规模替代购置农机;机制分析结果显示,农业生产组织服务功能通过提高农户信贷可获性激励农户增加农机投资规模;农业生产组织服务功能异质性的分析结果显示,农资采购和农机服务在促进农业机械化的过程中发挥重要作用。因此,要着力完善农业生产组织服务功能、健全农业全产业链建设、塑造农村金融发展新环境,促进农业机械化,助力农业现代化。Agricultural mechanization is an important basic condition for the development of modern agriculture,and the service function of agricultural production organization provides an important support for promoting agricultural mechanization.Based on the survey data of large-scale rice farmers in Jiangsu Province in 2021,this paper empirically analyzed the influence of agricultural production organization service function on the scale and structure of farmers'investment in agricultural machinery.The results showed that:the service function of agricultural production organization promoted farmers to increase agricultural machinery input per unit of land,reduced the value of small farmers'self-purchase of agricultural machinery,and encouraged farmers to replace labor input with agricultural machinery input and expand land scale instead of purchasing agricultural machinery.The mechanism analysis results show that the service function of agricultural production organization motivates farmers to increase the scale of agricultural machinery investment by improving farmers'credit availability.The analysis results of the heterogeneity of agricultural production organization service function show that unified procurement and agricultural machinery service plays an important role in promoting agricultural mechanization.Therefore,efforts should be made to improve the service function of agricultural production organizations,improve the construction of the whole agricultural industry chain,shape a new environment for rural financial development,promote agricultural mechanization,and help agricultural modernization.
