摘 要:深层页岩气结构复杂、低孔低渗,孔隙发育但连通性差,导致压裂改造难,压裂效果不理想。为了提高页岩压裂效果,基于某深层页岩气藏,分析页岩脆性矿物含量、储层微观结构,依据复杂裂缝原理,制定提高页岩裂缝复杂程度的设计方案;运用渗吸原理,提高压裂强度,增加渗吸体积。提出采用“复杂裂缝网络渗吸储能”的压裂方案,提高基质动用程度,增加页岩气产量。现场应用结果表明,最高日产气量6×10^(4)m^(3),实现了深层页岩压裂新突破,研究成果为页岩气藏压裂增产措施提供理论指导和技术支撑。Deep shale gas has complex structure,low porosity and low permeability,and poor porosity development but poor connectivity,leading to difficult fracturing reconstruction and unsatisfactory fracturing effect.In order to improve the fracturing effect of layered shale,based on a deep shale gas reservoir,brittle mineral content and reservoir microstructure are analyzed,and a design scheme to improve the complexity of shale fractures is formulated according to the principle of complex fractures.The principle of imbibition is applied to improve the fracturing strength and increase the imbibition volume.A fracturing scheme of"complex fracture network energy absorption and storage"is proposed to improve the utilization of matrix and increase the production of shale gas.The field application results show that the maximum daily gas production is 6×10^(4)m^(3),achieving a new breakthrough in ultra-deep shale exploration,and the research results provide theoretical guidance and technical support for fracturing stimulation measures of shale gas reservoirs.
